2.61

In the human realm, in haste busy with many affairs, / unaware of years and life slipping away day and night; / like a lamp in the wind whose quenching cannot be foreseen, / in blind haste through the six destinies without a fixed path. / Not yet having attained liberation to escape the ocean of suffering, / how can one be at ease and without fright? / Let each, while strong, healthy, and vigorous, / urge and encourage oneself to seek the ever-abiding.
