Five-Tone Buddha-Mindfulness (Composed by Śramaṇa Fazhao of Lianghan, originating from the Pratyutpanna Bodhimaṇḍa at the Amitābha Terrace of Nanyue in mid-fourth month, summer of the first year of Dali, relying on the Sukhāvatīvyūha Sūtra.)
