十劫道先成，嚴界引群萌，金沙徹水照，
玉葉滿枝明。鳥本珠中出，人唯華上生，
敢請西方聖，早晚定相迎。（願共諸眾生往生安樂國）

Ten kalpas ago the Path was first perfected; / the adorned realm attracts all beings. / Golden sand shines through the clear water; / jade leaves brighten upon full branches. / The birds originally emerge from jewels; / humans are born solely upon flowers. / I dare to beseech the Sages of the West / surely to welcome me morning or evening. / (May we, together with all sentient beings, be reborn in the Land of Peace and Joy.)
