1.21

一心奉請南無過去久滅世自在王佛。（世王佛，即法藏本師，依彼佛所發四十八願，請時須知之。偈同前，改云「自在王佛亦如是」。此佛并前五十三佛，出大本《無量壽佛經》。）

With singlemindedness I reverently invoke: namo Lokeśvararāja Buddha, who attained extinction long ago in the past. (King Lokeśvara Buddha was the original teacher of Dharmākara, and it was before that Buddha that he made his forty-eight vows; one should know this when invoking. The verse is as before, changing it to say: "Lokeśvararāja Buddha is also like this." This Buddha, together with the preceding fifty-three Buddhas, appears in the larger version of the Sukhāvatīvyūha Sūtra.)
