僧清銳問：「某甲孤貧，請師拯濟。」師曰：「銳闍黎近前來。」銳近前，師曰：「泉州白家三盞酒，喫後猶道未沾脣。」
The monk Qingrui asked, 'I am solitary and poor; I ask the master to deliver me.' The Master said, 'Ācārya Rui, come forward.' Rui stepped forward. The Master said, 'Having drunk three cups of the Bai family wine in Quanzhou, you still say your lips are not yet wet.'
