舉：「古云：『如我身空諸法空，千品萬類悉皆同。』」師云：「身不可得，一切諸法豈是有也？所以古人道：『無情有佛性。』」又云：「無情不喚作法身說法。」

[The Master] cited: "An ancient said: 'As my body is empty, all dharmas are empty; the thousands of kinds and myriad varieties are all identical.'" The Master said, "The body cannot be apprehended; how could all dharmas exist? Therefore the ancients said: 'The insentient have Buddha-nature.'" He also said, "The insentient are not called the dharmakāya expounding the Dharma."
