舉：「睦州喚僧，趙州喫茶入水之義，雪峯輥毬，歸宗拽石，經頭以字，國師水椀，羅漢書字，諸佛出身處，東山水上行，總是向上時節。」

He cited: "Muzhou's calling a monk; the meaning of Zhaozhou's drinking tea and entering the water; Xuefeng's rolling the ball; Guizong's hauling a stone; the sutra-title's word 'yi'; the National Teacher's water bowl; the Arhat's writing characters; the birthplace of all Buddhas; the Eastern Mountain walking on water—all these are moments of the transcendental."
