師有時云：「平地上死人無數，過得荊棘林是好手。」僧云：「與麼則堂中第一座有長處也。」師云：「蘇嚕蘇嚕。」
The Master once said, "On level ground the dead are countless; one who passes through the bramble thicket is a capable hand." A monk said, "If so, then the head monk in the hall has a strong point." The Master said, "Suru suru."
