一日云：「咬齒一句作麼生道？」代云：「合。」或云：「初秋夏末責情三十棒。」代云：「某甲如是。」

One day he said, "How do you speak a phrase with clenched teeth?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Shut." Or he said, "At the beginning of autumn and the end of summer, thirty blows of the stick for an interrogation." Answering on their behalf, he said, "I am thus."
