或云：「口秖堪喫飯。爾道古人拈槌竪拂揚眉動目作麼生辨？」代云：「偽山笠子江西別。」又云：「龍頭蛇尾。」

On another occasion he said, "The mouth is only fit for eating rice. Tell me, how do you discern the ancients taking up the mallet, raising the whisk, raising the eyebrows, and moving the eyes?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Guishan's bamboo hat, Jiangxi's farewell." He also said, "Dragon head, snake tail."
