一日云：「入夏來十一日也，還得入頭麼？作麼生道？」代云：「來日十二。」

One day he said, "It has been eleven days since entering the summer retreat; have you managed to gain entry? How do you speak of it?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Tomorrow is the twelfth."
