師在僧堂中喫茶，拈起托子云：「蒸餅饅頭一任汝喫，爾道這箇是什麼？」代云：「乾狗屎。」又云：「茶又喫了也。」

The Master was drinking tea in the sangha hall. Holding up the saucer, he said, "Steamed cakes and buns—I leave it entirely to you to eat them. What do you say this is?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Dried dog dung." He also said, "The tea has been drunk again."
