或云：「衲僧鼻孔即不問汝，泥裏洗土塊，道將一句來。」代但彈指。又云：「衲僧鼻孔又作麼生道？」代云：「翫山翫水。」

Or he said, "I will not ask you about a patch-robed monk's nostrils. Washing a clod of earth in mud—bring forth a phrase!" Answering on their behalf, he merely snapped his fingers. He also said, "And how do you speak of a patch-robed monk's nostrils?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Enjoying the mountains and enjoying the waters."
