師或問僧：「作麼生是不寂句？」無對。師云：「汝問我，與汝道。」僧便問：「作麼生是不寂句？」師云：「𭊘。」代前語云：「不可向鬼窟裏作活計。」又云：「作麼生是𭊘？」代云：「會此意。」又云：「文殊五字。」

The Master also asked a monk, "What is the non-quiescent phrase?" There was no reply. The Master said, "You ask me, and I will tell you." The monk then asked, "What is the non-quiescent phrase?" The Master said, "Peep!" Answering on behalf of the earlier words, he said, "One must not make a living in a ghost's cave." He also said, "What is 'peep'?" Answering on their behalf, he said, "Understand this intent." He also said, "Mañjuśrī's five syllables."
