2.51

舉：「槃山語云：『光非照境，境亦非存，光境俱忘，復是何物？』」師云：「盡大地是光，喚什麼作自己？爾若識得光去，境亦不可得，有什麼屎光境？光境既不可得，復是何物？」又云：「此是古人慈悲之故重話會語。者裹倜儻分明去，放過即不可；若不放過」復舉手云：「蘇盧蘇盧。」

He brought up: "Panshan said: 'Light does not illuminate objects, nor do objects exist. When light and objects are both forgotten, what is it again?'" The Master said, "The entire great earth is light; what do you call yourself? If you recognise light, objects are also unobtainable—what shit light and objects could there be? Since light and objects are already unobtainable, what is it again?" He also said, "This is an ancient saying reiterated out of compassion. Go clearly and distinctively right here, for it cannot be let pass; if it is not let pass—" He raised his hand again and said, "Sulu sulu!"
