舉：「僧問夾山：『如何是夾山境？』夾山云：『猿抱子歸青嶂裏，鳥銜花落碧巖前。』」師云：「我二十年，祇作境話會。」

[The Master] cited: "A monk asked Jiashan, 'What is Jiashan's realm?' Jiashan said, 'Apes hold their young and return into the green peaks; birds peck flowers and drop them before the blue cliffs.'" The Master said, "For twenty years, I understood this merely as talk about the scenery."
