「又持錫到南泉，泉云：『不是不是。』浴云：『章敬道是，和尚為什麼道不是？』泉云：『章敬即是，是汝不是。此是風力所轉，終成敗壞。』」代云：「道無遠近，力有淺深。」

"He also held his staff and went to Nanquan. Nanquan said, 'Wrong, wrong.' Mayu said, 'Zhangjing said right; why does the Venerable say wrong?' Nanquan said, 'Zhangjing is right, but it is you who are wrong. This is driven by the power of the wind; in the end it will come to ruin.'" Replacing [the original words], he said, "The Way has no near or far; strength has shallow and deep."
