僧「辭大慈，慈云：『什麼處去？』『江西去。』『將取老僧去得麼？』云：『非但和尚，更有過如和尚者，亦不將去。』」代云：「知汝力微。」

"A monk took his leave of Daci. Daci said, 'Where are you going?' 'Going to Jiangxi.' 'Can you take this old monk along?' He said, 'Not only the Venerable—even if there were someone surpassing the Venerable, I would not take him along either.'" Replacing [the original words], he said, "I know your strength is slight."
