耳聲應響普圓音，十方洞徹古兼今，今古圓通觀自在，迷悟須知一道心。

Ears and sounds echo in response as the universal, perfect tone, / penetrating the ten directions, past as well as present. / Past and present are perfectly penetrated by Avalokiteśvara; / delusion and enlightenment must be known as a single mind of the Way.
