示眾云：「輕輕踏步恐人知，語笑分明更是誰，智者只此猛提取，莫待天明失却雞。」

Addressing the assembly, he said: “Treading softly in one's steps, fearing people will know; / Who is this speaking and laughing so clearly? / A person of wisdom boldly seizes it right here, / Not waiting for dawn to lose the rooster.”
