上堂，云：「今朝三月二，瞿曇未瞥地，拈花說多端，迦葉猶尚醉。更有末後語，且不得錯舉。」

Ascending the hall, he said: “Today is the second day of the third month; / Gautama has not yet caught a glimpse. / Holding up the flower, he spoke of many matters; / Kāśyapa is still drunk. / There is still a final word— / You must not quote it erroneously!”
