上堂云：「今朝正月半，與諸人相見，嫰麥長新苗，粒粒皆成麫。薦不薦，全藉春風扇。」

Ascending the hall, he said, "Today is the middle of the first month; I meet with all of you. / Tender wheat grows new sprouts; grain by grain all turns into flour. / Whether you comprehend or not, / It relies entirely on the fanning of the spring breeze."
