上堂云：「春雨洒無涯，乾坤已具知，東君行正令，梅柳一枝枝。祖師門下客，相見在今時，相見即不無，說什麼事？」便下座。

Ascending the hall, he said: "The spring rain sprinkles boundlessly; heaven and earth already fully know it. The Lord of the East carries out his proper order; plums and willows, branch by branch. Visitors under the Patriarch's gate meet each other in this present time. Meeting each other is indeed not lacking; what matter is to be discussed?" He then stepped down from the seat.
