上堂云：「不得春風華不開，華開又被風吹落。爾若明得褒貶句，未必善因而招惡果。歸堂。」

Ascending the hall, he said: "Without the spring wind, flowers do not bloom; once flowers bloom, they are blown off by the wind again. If you understand the phrases of praise and censure, good causes will not necessarily incur bad results. Return to the hall!"
