2.70

上堂云：「見一則瞎汝眼，知一則翳汝眼，翳生則天上人間，瞎却則三頭六臂。或若辯得，許爾十字縱橫。」

Ascending the hall, the Master said, “Seeing one blinds your eyes; knowing one clouds your eyes with cataracts. When cataracts arise, there are heaven above and the human world below; when blinded, there are three heads and six arms. If you can discern this, I grant that you can crisscross freely in all directions.”
