或云：「今日也恁麼，明日也恁麼，第三第四不問儞，後五日事作麼生？若道只恁麼。」代云：「苦哉佛陀耶。」
Someone said: "Today is like this, tomorrow is also like this; I do not ask you about the third or fourth—what about the matter after five days? If you say it is only like this..." On [their] behalf he said: "Alas, Buddha!"
