師一日問僧：「儞尋常為什麼不上來？」僧云：「長上來，只是門閉。」師云：「為什麼不入來？」僧云：「來也。」師云：「賊過後張弓。」

One day the master asked a monk: "Why do you not usually come up?" The monk said: "I constantly come up, but the door is just closed." The master said: "Why don't you come inside?" The monk said: "Here I come." The master said: "Drawing the bow after the thief has passed."
