6.166

洞庭乳竇皆泉石，抱疾何緣寄幽跡，曾列狂機一二三，
東山西嶺非相識。屈指嚬眉不可尋，
雪飛雨散空沈沈，如今轉覺流年隔，強把冥悰苦搜索。
縱止言欺白雪辭，寧忘笑與黃梅客，
朴禪者朴禪者，珠月有光慚照夜。

Dongting and Rudou are all springs and rocks;
Embracing illness, by what cause can one dwell in secluded traces?
I once displayed wild dynamic functions, one, two, three;
East Mountain and West Ridge were not acquaintances.
Counting on fingers and knitting brows, it cannot be sought;
Snow flies and rain scatters into an empty, sunken expanse.
Now I increasingly feel the separation of passing years,
Forcing my dark thoughts to search in bitterness.
Even if my speech should be stopped, outdoing poems of white snow,
How could I forget laughing and associating with the guests of Huangmei?
Chan practitioner Pu, Chan practitioner Pu!
The pearl and the moon have light, ashamed to illuminate the night.
