18.34

竪拂掛拂，全機出沒，即此離此，較若畫一，頂門當下轟霹靂，鍼出膏肓必死疾，承當一喝聾三日，師子神威恣返擲，百煉真金須失色。復云：「有麼有麼？咄！」

"Raising the whisk and hanging the whisk, / The entire dynamic appears and vanishes. / 'Right in this' and 'detached from this' / Are as clear as can be. / Instantly atop the crown of the head a thunderbolt crashes; / Piercing with a needle the incurable fatal disease deep in the vitals. / Taking up the single shout, deaf for three days; / The lion's divine majesty bounds and tosses at will, / Causing even hundred-fold refined true gold to lose its color." He further said, "Is there anyone? Is there anyone? Bah!"
