遇飯喫飯，遇茶喫茶，千重百匝，四海一家。解却黏，去却縛，言無言，作無作，廓然本體等虛空，風從虎兮雲從龍。

Encountering food, one eats food; / Encountering tea, one drinks tea. / Thousandfold and hundredfold wrapped, / The four seas are one family. / Untying the stickiness, / Removing the bonds; / Speaking without speaking, / Acting without acting. / Vastly open, the original substance is equal to empty space; / The wind follows the tiger, and clouds follow the dragon.
