上堂云：「韶華二月半，漏逗渾莫算，米少食無鹽，釘菜崖空飯，吞底栗棘蓬，跳底金剛圈，分外展家風，秦時𨍏轢鑽。」

Ascending the hall, he said: “In the middle of the second month of spring, / Leaks and lapses cannot be counted at all. / Rice is scarce, meals have no salt, / Dried greens on the cliff, an empty meal. / What is swallowed is a chestnut burr, / What is jumped through is a diamond cage. / Beyond bounds, displaying the family style: / An axle-borer drill from the time of Qin.”
