紅爐焰裏著點雪，夜明簾外剔金燈，萬丈寒潭氷徹底，妙高峯頂玉稜層。等是渠儂遊歷處，萬機普應初不曾，圓悟老來垂隻手，為問何人似我能。

Inside the flaming red furnace a speck of snow is set; / outside the night-shining screen a gold lamp is trimmed. / In the myriad-fathom cold pool ice reaches the bottom; / atop the peak of Wonderful Height jade edges tower. / These are all the places he roams; / responding generally to myriad dynamic sharp points, originally never absent. / In old age Yuanwu lowers a single hand, / asking: who is capable like me?
