太清之雲，明鏡之塵，於無相中，驀現此身。考實究妙，以何為真，不出這箇，一著最親。透得剔脫，與古為隣，道絕形相，名存至公。對現色身，本體全空，要求巴鼻，不西不東。月映澄潭，風搖古松，十成圓悟，誰識渠儂。

A cloud in the vast sky, / dust on a bright mirror. / Within formlessness, / suddenly manifesting this body. / Examining the real and investigating the subtle, / what is taken as true? / Not departing from this, / the one move is closest. / Penetrating it cleanly and freely, / one becomes neighbors with the ancients. / The Way is beyond form and appearance; / the name endures with supreme fairness. / Manifesting the physical body, / the fundamental essence is entirely empty. / Seeking a grasp on it, / it is neither west nor east. / Moon reflected in the clear pool; / wind rustling the ancient pine. / Fully complete, Yuanwu— / who recognizes that person?
