19.46

學世間法，須要理會得分曉；學出世間法，却全要理會不得，方有趣向分。既理會不得，却如何趣向？但恁麼究取。

In studying worldly dharmas, you must understand them clearly. In studying supramundane dharmas, you must completely fail to understand them; only then will you have a share in proceeding. Since you cannot understand them, how should you proceed? Just investigate it in this manner.
