Requested by Lady Chen to instruct the assembly on the occasion of repenting at the stupa for her deceased father and mother: "Samantabhadra's bodily form has no duality; / Eighty-four thousand pore-lands, / In each and every pore is a Tathāgata, / For each and every Tathāgata is a stupa. / Relics of steadfast vajra body; / Empty space may be destroyed, yet this does not decay. / The woman Lady Chen, to repay her parents' toil, / Reverently pays homage at each and every stupa, / Completing eighty-four thousand bows, / Exhausting all pores without omission. / The merit obtained is immeasurable, / Exactly equal to Samantabhadra's practice and vows, / Used to adorn her compassionate father and compassionate mother, / Extending to all sentient beings of the dharmadhātu, / To leave forever the ocean of suffering and realize bodhi, / All attaining an empty mind and transcending to the other shore."
