上堂：「天上月圓，人間月半，槌鼓陞堂，理舊公案。且作麼生是舊公案？車不撗推，理無曲斷。」

Ascending the hall: "The moon is round in the heavens; it is the middle of the month in the human world. Striking the drum, I ascend the hall to settle an old gong'an. And what is the old gong'an? A cart is not pushed sideways; principle is not judged crookedly."
