乃舉：「大龍因僧問：『色身敗壞，如何是堅固法身？』龍云：『山花開似錦，㵎水湛如藍。』」師云：「若是堅固法身，也苦地在。有問雲黃，只對他道：『垢面漢，我二十年做長老，未嘗與人過話。』」

He then cited: "Dalong, because a monk asked: 'The physical body decays and disintegrates; what is the solid Dharma-body?' said: 'Mountain flowers bloom like brocade; valley streams are clear as indigo.'" The master said, "If this is the solid Dharma-body, it is also thoroughly miserable. If someone asks Yunhuang, I would just answer him: 'Grimy-faced fellow, for twenty years I have been a senior elder, and I have never yet exchanged words with anyone.'"
