塞北煙塵終載靜，江南花木四時榮，不須特地分彊界，
萬里山河似掌平。

The smoke and dust north of the frontier are finally quiet for years;
Flowers and trees south of the river flourish through the four seasons.
There is no need to specially divide the boundaries;
Ten thousand miles of mountains and rivers are as flat as the palm of a hand.
