8.16

上堂：「懷州牛喫禾，益州馬腹脹，天下覓醫人，灸猪左膞上。杜順和尚，鶻臭布衫終竟難脫。育王眉毛觸碎須彌，鼻孔飲乾大海，更有一件長處，逢人只是不說。」

Ascending the hall: "The cow in Huaizhou eats grain, and the horse in Yizhou gets bloated bellies; searching throughout the realm for a physician, he applies moxibustion to the left shoulder of a pig. Upādhyāya Dushun: in the end it was difficult to take off his hawk-reeking hemp robe. Yuwang's eyebrows shatter Mount Sumeru, and his nostrils drink the great ocean dry. He also has one strong point: when meeting someone, he simply does not speak of it."
