綴綴功過。膠膠因果。鏡外狂奔演若多。杖頭擊著破竈墮。
竈墮破來相賀。却道從前辜負我。
Stitched and bound by merit and fault; / stuck tight in causes and effects. / Beyond the mirror, Yajñadatta runs wildly; / struck by the staff, the stove falls and breaks. / The stove having broken, congratulations are offered; / but turning around, one says: 'You let me down before.'
