妙藥何曾過口。神醫莫能投手。若存也渠本非無。
至虛也渠本非有。不滅而生。不亡而壽。
全超威音之前。獨步劫空之後。成平也天蓋地擎。
運轉也烏飛兔走。

When has the wonderful medicine ever passed the mouth?
The divine physician cannot even lay a hand.
If existing, that one is fundamentally not non-existent;
At the utmost emptiness, that one is fundamentally not existent.
Unborn without perishing;
Long-lived without dying.
Completely surpassing what came before Bhīṣmagarjitasvararāja;
Walking alone after the kalpa of emptiness.
When level and peaceful, heaven covers and earth bears;
When revolving and turning, the raven flies and the hare runs.
