上堂看看氷鑑淨玉壺寒。一亙清處擡脚易。十分明白轉身難。混身轉却舌頭短。轉却渾身鼻孔寬參。

Ascending the hall: "Look, look! The ice mirror is clean, the jade vase cold. In a single stretch of clarity, raising a foot is easy; when completely bright, turning the body is difficult. When the whole body turns, the tongue is short; having turned the whole body, the nostrils are wide. Practice!"
