上堂春雲堆絮。春雨散絲。華開笑口柳申眉。翻紫燕嚼黃鸝。聲色叢中有路岐。家風鼻孔相摩觸。不獨觀音太士知。

Ascending the hall: / Spring clouds pile up like cotton, / Spring rain disperses like silk threads. / Flowers open in smiling mouths, willows stretch their brows, / Purple swallows swoop, yellow orioles chirp. / Amidst the grove of sounds and forms, there is a pathway; / The family tradition and nostrils rub against each other— / It is not known by the Great Being Guanyin alone.
