4.61

上堂云。華鳥不來空過春。牛頭山上懶慵人。自心淨故元無作。放下許多間苦辛參。

Ascending the hall, he said: "'Flowers and birds do not come, vainly passing spring; / the lazy man on Mount Niutou. / Because one's own mind is pure, fundamentally there is no contrived action; / put down all that idle hardship.' Practice!"
