大眾四蛇篋壞。六賊家破。空空空處露裸裸。
只將者箇參一生。還以一生參者箇。只者箇是什麼。
良久云。通身慧焰放光明。性火真空性空火。

Great assembly, the casket of the four snakes is broken, / the house of the six thieves is ruined.
In the place of empty, empty, empty, stripped stark naked.
Just take this and investigate it for a lifetime; / moreover, use a lifetime to investigate this.
Just what is this?
After a long pause, he said: Throughout the body the flame of wisdom emits light: / the nature of fire is true emptiness; the nature of emptiness is fire.
