赤肉一塊。臭膿一袋。何物著乎中。有應發于外。
妙入群機。默成三昧。箇時撒手斷崖前。方見渾侖撲不碎。

A lump of red flesh, a bag of foul pus. / What thing is placed within, having responses issued without? / Subtly entering all capacities, silently accomplishing samādhi. / At that moment, letting go one's hands before the precipice, only then does one see that the unbroken whole cannot be shattered by a smash.
