木老春何晚。山寒秋最先。淵默有佳處。湛存天地前。
靜亡所住。動解隨緣。黃蘆淮上東西岸。
明月渡頭南北舡。

The tree is old—how late is its spring?
The mountain is cold—autumn arrives first.
Abyssal silence possesses fine points; clearly enduring prior to heaven and earth.
In stillness, where is there to abide? In movement, understanding how to accord with conditions.
Yellow reeds along the Huai River on eastern and western banks;
The bright moon at the ferry crossing over southern and northern boats.
