默而靜專。體之妙全。情盡性傳。心空覺圓。閒閒游幻世。
了了應塵緣。燈籠露柱渾機用。翠竹黃華總說禪。

Silent, still, and concentrated, / its substance is completely wondrous. / When feelings are exhausted, the nature is transmitted; / when the mind is empty, awakening is round. / Leisured, he roams the illusory world; / clearly, he responds to dusty conditions. / Lanterns and exposed pillars are entirely dynamic functions; / green bamboo and yellow flowers all speak Chan.
