止水懷月。空山吐雲。清白自若。高間不群。丘壑性靈兮猿鶴得伴。
江湖情味兮鷗鷺相分。

Still water holds the moon;
An empty mountain exhales clouds.
Purity and whiteness are self-composed;
Lofty and leisurely, standing apart from the crowd.
The nature and spirit of hills and ravines find companions in apes and cranes;
The taste and sentiment of rivers and lakes are shared with gulls and egrets.
