寒肩自高。飢眼較大。烏藤瘦握拳。曲木默據座。
無言而獨靈。有唱而誰和。秋摩水色兮清絕瘢痕。
春入華枝兮妙亡程課。

Cold shoulders naturally held high; / hungry eyes somewhat enlarged. / Thin fist gripping the black rattan; / silently occupying the bent-wood seat. / Wordless, yet uniquely wondrous; / when there is a chant, who joins in harmony? / Autumn polishes the color of the water—supremely clear, without a blemish; / spring enters the flowering branch—wondrously devoid of set rules.
